3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Headphones, earphones, or hygiene-related items if opened

Items damaged due to misuse, water, or wear and tear

Customized or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
4. Refund Process

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Exchange Policy

3. Shipping Charges
