At TechDeals.ae, we aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy makes it simple.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You received the wrong item

  • You changed your mind within the return period (some exclusions apply)


2. Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and tags.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened software, games, or licensed products

  • Headphones, earphones, or hygiene-related items if opened

  • Items damaged due to misuse, water, or wear and tear

  • Customized or clearance items marked "Final Sale"


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.


6. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@techdeals.ae within the return window.

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  3. We will arrange a pickup or guide you to return the product via courier.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.

  • Remote area deliveries may take longer.


2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days in major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).

  • Remote areas: 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or unexpected demand.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders over AED [Insert Minimum Value].

  • A flat shipping fee of AED [Insert Fee] applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment via our website or the courier partner’s platform.


5. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or no recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.


6. Damaged Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, notify us immediately at support@techdeals.ae with photos.

  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages from the courier.
